Roger V. Johnson

Mr. Johnson has over 25 years of experience in managing all financial aspects of companies. Leaning on knowledge garnered from his two master’s degrees in Finance and Economics, his first entry-level position as a statistical analyst for a large nutraceutical company quickly morphed into a Controller and CFO role. As a CFO Mr. Johnson has a very hands-on style, engaging in demand forecasting, inventory management, business unit management, business planning, and all aspects of bookkeeping.

He is also a Controller of the highest order. Keeping books solidly reconciled and audit ready at all times is a top-level priority. Choosing to engage directly in all facets of the financial workings of companies has provided him with insight into the day-to-day nuts and bolts inner workings of companies. He is also very agile and able to direct big picture strategic planning. Roger is also a registered nurse with over seven years’ experience in direct patient care in the operating room environment. This gives him unique insight into how medical interventions can not only improve lives, but also preempt some disease processes.
